Is SSB Allahabad a Rejection Board?

  Selection Center East  (SCE) is located in  Allahabad  and consists of five service selection boards 11 SSB, 14 SSB, 18 SSB, 19 SSB and 34 SSB, which are all the selection boards of IndianArmy . This is, by far the biggest Selection board of Indian Army . In case of NDA and CDS E the candidates who give their first priority as Army might be asked to report to this Selection Center. In case of special entry schemes , technical entry schemes and direct entry schemes of Indian Army , candidates might be called to this selection board for the interview. As this is a very large selection center, so there are a lot of candidates reporting here. There is a general myth among the candidates that this selection board is a rejection board. While some others say that this board is a rejection board. Let us look into further details of this point: 1.     Since this is a very large selection center, where there are five boards under it, so the number of candidates reporting is high naturally.

Story of Captain. Vikram Batra

  Captain VikramBatra was born on September 9, 1974, in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh to Girdhari Lal Batra (Father) and Kamal Kanta Batra (Mother). His father Girdhari Lal Batra was a government school principal while his mother was a school teacher.  Captain Vikram Batra attended DAV Public School in Palampur. He then got himself admitted at Central School to receive the senior secondary education. In the year 1990, he along with his brother represented the school in Table Tennis at All India KVS Nationals.  Captain Vikram Batra was a green belt in Karate and attended the sport at the national level camp in Manali.  He was a graduate in B.Sc. Medical Sciences from DAV College. During his college days, Captain Vikram Batra joined NCC's, Air Wing. In the Inter-State NCC Camp, he has adjudged the best NCC Air Wing cadet of Punjab Directorate in North Zone. Captain Vikram Batra was selected for a 40-day training at Pinjore Airfield and Flying Club with his NCC Air Wing unit.

SSB consist of 2 stages, first stage is called as screening test and second stage consist of 3 important test knows as  Psychologies  , Group Testing Officers (GTO) Test and Personal Interview . This post is regarding screening, yes screening seems very difficult for those who got screened out many times.  Screening test is indeed a difficult test because of the competition level, screening test result is on the basis of your Intelligence tests [verbal & non verbal ] and PPDT [ Picture Perception and Discussion test ] .   Verbal and non verbal is not difficult to crack because its just to test your OIR [   Officer’s Intelligence Rate  ], try to attempt all the questions because time is very limited if they say 15 mins for test take it as 10 mins and attempt most of the questions because no “negative” marking.   Now the most famous picture perception and discussion test, what you need to do is write a story according to the picture shown to you for 4 mins only and later y
